Cokery “Hansa“
(3.9.2016)Quite near to colliery “Zollern you can find“ cokery “Hansa“. During the last weeks we climbed around on the blast furnace in “Landschaftspark Duisburg North“ and learned how to get the coal out of the earth at the colliery “Zollern“ the logical next step was: Find out how to make coke from the coal.
On foursquare (German) we read: ”Wait for a guided tour - it will lead you to places you can’t visit without a guide. Additionally he will explain the factory to you in a way you can’t find out alone.”
After enjoying a two-hour-tour we agree.
